• Another cool result of doing the breathwork process is that I'm able to recover quickly and stay away from being an emotional wreck.
  Cases in point ... I had 2 concerts this weekend that were very challenging and outside my comfort zone. Not one of my family members showed up to support the concert so I called on my ancestors that have passed over and a nice warm feeling came over me which helped me to feel supported at my concert.
  This morning I got a call on my cell from my manager. I had made a big mistake on a mass email campaign and he was PISSED. In the past I would have been a nervous wreck and would have barely been able to do my job. Instead, even though I figured I might be looking for a job soon, I just went into work and performed like I would had I not made that mistake. So far I still have a job and I'm calm and happy at work.
  Thanks for helping me find my balance, feel my feelings, and learn that I'm perfect just the way I am!!

• I spent the weekend with my family and got to hear your words come out of my mouth in discussions with my family member. She is trying to decide if she wants to live or die...literally....so as you can imagine the weekend was filled with a lot of discussions.
  I told her about my lung cancer discussion with you and your response and her shoulders relaxed and went down 2 inches...some things made sense to her....thanks for what you taught me so that I could help my family member make it through this weekend and so I could make it through some tough discussions.
